Membership - Connection Team

Orientation, Baptism, Membership Data, Guests Follow-up

Purpose

To connect new members to the body of Christ and encourage guests to connect. Process includes:

• Introduction to TRC

• Routing members to the appropriate ministries (baptism team, orientation team or meeting with Pastor)

• Establishing rapport with new members to assist them with questions about the Refreshing church

• Orientation of TRC foundation and operations

• Follow-up with guests to provide additional information about TRC and events/activities

Goals

• Increase the number of members

• Work in the Kingdom to produce more harvest

• Open the front door and close the back

• Assist others in developing Christian maturity

         3rd Saturdays @ 10:00am - 11:30 am, 3rd Tuesdays @ 7:00pm - 8:30pm
